Greetings! I’m Katie, or Kaitlyn or Katie Lu. I’m an extravert, proud mother, tennis player, globetrotter, hostess, and reader of historical fiction and poetry. (I also make a killer margarita!)

Originally from Massachusetts, I found my true calling as a proud Texan, embracing the Lone Star State in 2017. With an unwavering commitment to efficiency, attention to detail, and a passion for simplifying your life, I’m your key to unlocking more free time and peace of mind. More energy, time, and success? Sign me up, right?!

 

Always self-sufficient and committed to hard work, I put myself through private college by diligently juggling three jobs. I earned my BA in English literature, specializing in business writing, and minoring in French and philosophy along the way.

 

My professional journey began as a personal executive assistant at a prominent family office in Greenwich, Connecticut, from 2008 to 2012. I then served as an executive assistant to the CEO of Datawatch Systems; the CMO of NPR; and the CEO of a fast-paced, high-capacity hedge fund. I also served as a senior legal executive assistant at Manion Gaynor & Manning LLP. 

 

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with and supporting esteemed founding partners and C-level executives. I’m not just a seasoned professional; I’m also a business owner and a startup founder. This includes a small travel blog where I discuss my experiences visiting over forty countries.

 

As a devoted mother of two beautiful daughters, I understand that life doesn’t adhere to a strict 9-to-5 schedule. Unexpected challenges arise at any hour. Having a reliable partner who’s ready to lend a hand is a game-changer. That’s precisely what HillCo Solutions represents.
